Adults: 2 capsules twice daily with meals; Children 1 - 3 years: 1 capsule once daily; Children 4 - 9 years: 1 capsule twice daily with meals; Children 10 - 18 years: 1 capsule 3 times daily with meals; Toddlers and children unable to swallow capsules: Mix contents of capsule with honey/yoghurt or into a smoothie
