This website is operated by Dr. Catherine Casey ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or purchasing digital products (video protocols/guides) from this site, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree, do not use the Service.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using this site, you confirm you are the age of majority in Australia or have consent for a minor dependent. You agree:

  • Not to use our content for illegal purposes or redistribute it unlawfully.

  • To comply with Australian laws, including copyright and consumer protections.

  • Not to transmit harmful code (e.g., viruses).
    Violations result in immediate termination of access.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • We may refuse service at any time.

  • Content (excluding encrypted payment data) may transfer unencrypted across networks.

  • You may not reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of the Service without written permission.

SECTION 5 - DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

  • Digital Content: Video protocols/guides are delivered electronically.

  • No Refunds for Change of Mind: Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction or accidental purchases.

  • ACL Compliance: If a product has a "major failure" (e.g., not as described, unfit for purpose), you may request a refund/replacement under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

SECTION 5A - PURCHASE OF PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

In addition to digital protocols and consultations, we sell physical health and wellness products, including supplements and probiotics (Products), through this site. Products are supplied through our practitioner dispensary and fulfilment partner, vital.ly Pty Ltd (ABN 50 609 423 314). By purchasing Products, you also agree to the following:

Pricing & availability
All prices are shown in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Delivery and insurance fees are shown separately. Prices may change without notice, and all Products are subject to availability. If we can’t supply an ordered Product, or there’s a significant delay, we’ll contact you using the details provided at checkout to agree on how to proceed.

Dispatch & delivery
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed, in line with our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery periods shown on the site are estimates only, based on information provided by our courier partners; we’re not responsible for delivery delays outside our control. You’re responsible for providing an accurate delivery address, and for checking you’re within our delivery area before ordering. If you need to change a delivery date or address, you must notify us in writing before dispatch — changes after dispatch may not be possible, or may incur an additional delivery fee.

Title & risk
Title to a Product remains with us until it has been paid for in full. Risk of loss, damage or deterioration passes to you once the Product has been dispatched. Some Products are temperature-sensitive and may be sent with a cold pack as a precaution only; we don’t provide refunds where a temperature-sensitive Product arrives warm or is exposed to warm conditions after delivery.

No medical, health or nutritional advice
Information about Products on this site is general in nature and doesn’t constitute medical, health or nutritional advice. You shouldn’t rely on it when deciding whether a Product is suitable for you, and should make that decision based on your own enquiries and advice (including from a qualified healthcare professional). We don’t warrant that any Product will produce any particular therapeutic or other benefit, and we’re not liable for any harm, loss or adverse reaction arising from your use of a Product, except to the extent this can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Consumer guarantees & refunds
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the ACL that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to your ACL rights, refunds and returns for Products are handled under our separate Returns & Refund Policy — Products.

Promotional codes
From time to time we may offer discount codes for Products. Codes must be applied at checkout to be honoured, and any conditions attached to a code will be stated at the time it’s issued.

SECTION 13 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Not Medical Advice: Content is educational. Consult a healthcare professional for medical concerns.

  • "As Is" Basis: Services are provided without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., data loss, health outcomes).

  • ACL Protections: Our liability is limited to remedies required under Australian Consumer Law.

  • We reserve the right to cancel suspicious orders.
