Refund policy

Overview

At Dr Catherine Casey, we strive to provide exceptional care through our online and in-person consultations. This refund policy outlines the conditions for cancellation. By booking our services, you agree to adhere to these terms.

Services Covered

This policy applies to:

  1. Online Consultations (video/phone sessions).

  2. In-Person Consultations (requires a non-refundable $5 AUD booking fee).

Refund Eligibility

Online Consultations

  • Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

  • No refund for late cancellations (less than 48 hours) or missed appointments.

In-Person Consultations

  • The $5 AUD booking fee is non-refundable.

  • Consultation fee:

    • Any cancellation with at least 1 week notice = full refund of consult fee. 

    • Partial (50% of consult fee) refund if cancelled between 24-48 hours prior.

    • No refund for late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • $5 AUD booking fee for in-person appointments.

  • Services rendered in full (e.g., completed consultations).

  • Technical issues caused by the client (e.g., poor internet connection for online sessions).

Exceptions

  • Practitioner Cancellations: If in the rare case of emergency or other onforseen event, the practitioner is for some reason unable to attend your appointment on the day, you will be offered an opportunity to reschedule or receive a refund of the consultation fee (if already paid). Booking fees are non-refundable.

  • Technical Failures (Our Side): Rescheduling or a full refund will be offered for issues arising from our platforms.
