For appointments:

• A phone (Telehealth) consultation is required before receiving any IV infusion to ensure the treatment is safe and appropriate for you. This consultation is provided free of charge.
• If you choose to proceed with an infusion, the full cost of the infusion is to be paid on the day of your appointment.
• For NAD+ infusions, a $50 deposit is required, as this infusion must be prescribed and prepared individually at least one week in advance.
• For Vitamin C infusions, a G6PD blood test is required beforehand to confirm your suitability for treatment.
